" I'm so glad that Ollie and Michelle have gotten a clue that America doesn;t approve of their "strategy." What I am concerned about now is Renny. If Dan puts Ollie up instead of Michelle, their alliance all need to make renny understand why. Otherwise she will go off like a loose cannon and blow thier nice agreement all to hell. Renny likes Ollie for some reason that non of us can understand- maybe she had a crush on a person of color back in the day when a girl could catch real hell for something like that in the south. Maybe Ollie reminds her of that lost opportunity. Hell if I know, but I do know this she needs to understand that Dan putting Ollie up is best for all of them before Dan makes the call and voids the deal . He cannot surprise her with this -or she will distrust him even more and if Renny gets next HOH Dan will be first up with Michelle. Aug 24 2008, 6:04 PM EDT Renny just has to remember what she said to Dan last week when she was HOH and he asked her about who she'd put up if he used the POV...and she said that she would consider him a TRAITOR (if he didn't do what she wanted). Now, whether that was said cuz she was HOH (and expected people to do as she wished) or cuz they are part of the same alliance and supposed to be working together, I don't know. Basically, she needs to respect his decision as the HOH...just as they all gave her the same courtesy/respect the week before with her crazy nom's (Jerry & April instead of Ollie & April). Personally, I think she's trying to stay on O's good side so that he will target the others and not her (if he does become HOH)...and then IF R & O are the final two, she figures that she would win against him...I am sure she's "run the numbers" and knows that she has the best shot to win against him. And, the fact that he really doesn't win comp's makes him more appealing to her?? (And, unlike Dan & Memphis...I don't think O is throwing these comp's!). Post reply 6 out of 6 found this valuable. geanieb	5. RE: Renny...and Dan... Aug 24 2008, 11:15 PM EDT Renny worries me too. In the last week her alliance has asked her to change her opinion on Ollie and on Michelle. SHe's never been comfortalbe with Dan and she really dislikes Memphis. I think it was good tonight for renny to hear that Keesha doesn;t feel bound to Memphis after Michelle telling her last week that Keesha was closer to the those two guys than she was to Renny. If renny has run the numbers, she may feel that she won;t do that well against Keesha in final two. It wil be interesting if Dan puts Ollie up to see if Renny votes with Michelle to keep Ollie- but then Memphis and Keesah will vote against Ollie and Dan will break the tie to send Ollie out so that would be really dumb of renny. Its all about who has the votes from now on. Dan ought to make a deal with the Colonel that he is safe this week but if the colonel wins next HOH that Michelle has to be one of the two people that goes up. then Dan;s alliance can put its votes together to get Michelle out. Aug 25 2008, 1:31 AM EDT I think Renny is ON to something about not entirely trusting Dan...in that Dan IS playing the game hard...his only TRUE alliance is with Memphis (from what I can tell?)...so when/if it is the final 4 (R, K, M & D)...it will then turn into males V females...which is why Dan probably doesn't want Jerry in this 4th position ("weak" male in the battle of the sexes) nor Michelle (three girls v Dan = uneven). If K were to be in the F2 (against R or anyone else): At first , one would think that K would be likely to get alot of jury votes (cuz she's genuine and likeable)...YET you can COUNT on NOT getting A/O's (cuz of A's jealousy of her). So that's two for whoever would be next to her...2 of 7 votes...only two more to win. One thing I dont; understand, Jerry said this was the longest he had ever been away from his wife. If he was in the Marines, aren't they shipped out for long periods of time. My brother was in the Navy and he was in the Mediterrraean for a whole year. I remember this well because my brother's wife got pregnant while he was in the Mediterranean. Jerry is such a liar and brown-noser he can't even see it for himself. I watched BBAD and he was talking with Michelle and Ollie. He trashed the other four houseguests for being liars, as kissers, etc. He forgets what he did when he took off his Marine hat? He forgets whose as he was up when he didn't want HOH to boot him out? Is it okay for him to do those things (maybe because he's 75 he thinks its okay) and not anyone else? You're there to win the game and it's a game. Is it Christian of him to call Dan a Judas? I don't think he had his marine outfit on when that happened. He's a stupid old man who has just a filthy mouth as do the younger ones in the house. He knows his wife and kids and grandkids are watching and this doesn't stop him from running his mouth? He's a sore loser and can't accept that some other people are smarter than he is and they might win the game and not HIM> Send him home SOON! He's a bitter old man! Not only did he NOT crawl up the HOH's pooper-hole like he has with every other HOH...but in that I also figured that while he was crawling up the HOH's a$$ that he would switch sides (hence, be converted to the "good" side!) and MAYBE be CONSIDERED to be a part of F4 (instead of Mem?). I am surprised that he overlooked this chance/possibility...esp'ly since he's on a "sinking ship" alliance! I could maybe see that he wants to be loyal to hisgroup ...but this is a GAME and in THIS game you can't really trust anyone and you have to do what you need to to "survive" (within reason, of course). No one would blame him for jumping ships to the other ("good") alliance...but I think that ship/opportunity has sailed now after all his nasty comments/behavior this week! I watched BBAD last night and was shocked by the filthy mouth of Jerry. Besides the "f" words which flew out of his mouth every other second, some of his references to the female part of the lower body were so inappropriate. He has to know that his wife is watching all of this or at least his kids, and to hear a husband or father say these nasty words is unforgiveable. I'm 61 years old and have heard it all, but to say such things on national tv knowing your family is watching just boggles my mind. I guess he has no respect for Michelle(I wouldn't either) or for some of the other women in the house. One minute he likes Keesha, then the next he bad mouths her and calls her names. I wonder what he would like to call April but can't since he doesn't want to lose Ollie's vote or support, he's keeping quiet. I wonder if he said anything to Ollie or to anyone else about Ollie and April's behavior under the covers. His precious April is a slut but hasn't said anything about that. He never mentioned that Ollie lied when he said to everyone that he recently lost his virginity but told Michelle (I believe in front of Jerry) that he lost it a long time ago. He even said that he was (ollie) nasty to women in college he dated. Maybe Jerry looks at Ollie as being someone he can look up to since he got all the sex he wanted. Maybe Jerry was hoping for some from April or from some other woman in the house and therefore didn't mention the sex. Who knows with that dirty old man who seems to be losing his mind every day. NO lie told in the BB house will not be brought to light sooner or later. with the BB cameras and 24/7 live feed and BBAD and al the chat sites and the NG's themselves telling on each other it all comes out in the end. I gues someof the players feel that if they win the money that will make everything all right. NOT!!!!!! I'd be interested to hear why you pick Memphis over Renny for final 3. Renny has been really hard to pin down and a bit to edgy for me lately but so far I still prefer her over someone who is proud to make his living being a professed Hustler. What are you thoughts on this. ???? " Geanieb....I don't think Renny has really put herself out there. She sort of relies on the others, Dan, Keesha & Memphis to do the dirty work. When she won HOH she made sure her wishes were carried out. She wouldn't listen to reason....it was her way or she would threaten you with something. When asked a question by her alliance, she never gives a very direct answer. Sometimes you just want to hear a yes or no but she'll not really answer. I too don't like Memphis' answer about being a professional hustler, but do you really think that's what he does? I also have to say that no matter what he does for a living, he is quite polite to the women and tried to be as kind as possible to Jerry in the beginning. I'm really surprised that he didn't belt Jerry when they had the argument in the beginning. I think down deep Memphis is a good person. Renny is a good person too, but I think she's a little sneaky; not that the others aren't, but she likes drama and it can get on your nerves after a while. Everyone is very on edge alread, they don't need her antics too. She also wants to be the center of attention and it can get on your nerves. My two favorites are Dan and Keesha. I am impressed with how polite and reestrained Memphis has beenunder difficult circumstances and Renny does get on my nerves sometimes too . As you said she is evasive when asked a direct question sometimes and yet she got mad at dan when she asked him how many women he had dated and he asked her several questiosn back to try to clarify exactly what she wanted in an answer - actual dates or # of women he slet with or had a realtionship with. She got so frustrated with him not just giving her a number that he started to have fun teasing her about it and she got more pissed. I thnk Memphis was also int he room too and he got a kick out of Dan trying to respond to Renny. But she got sooo upset with him over nothing really. SHe is far more evasive and guarded about how she feels about things than Dan is. And this week Renny got totally fed up with Dan by midweek asking her to trust him- it actually made her angry. This week has really been a turning point in the way I am thinking about Renny and whether her alliance can trust her, whether she would throw them under the bus for Ollie and whether I even want to seeher in the final 2 or 3 Post reply 3 out of 3 found this valuable.
