I admit it. I'm a reality tv junkee. Big Brother is the most perfect reality television contest, unless you count Survivor, whom it's ejection model is based off of. However, unlike Survivor, the game is a contest of social prowless as opposed to a more physical competition with a contrasting social element. Big brother constantly evolves, and becomes even more intriguing each season.

Your strategy or strategic role:
Gamer. No matter what happens your ultimate goal is to win the money. Don't be distracted by personal vendettas, tender feelings of friendship, inadequete feelingsfriendship, feelings of sexuality, inadequecy, or stress about what's happening in the outside world. These will be the failings of your opponent.opponents.

Description of strategy:
Know the game. Study what it takes to win at Big Brother. You have to be buff, beautiful, intellegent, cunning, deceptive, trustworthy, likeable, unscrupulous, and without visible physical or emotional weakness.

People who have never seen the show, or don't know what's going on rarely make it past week one. With the stakes of the game so high, why would anyone put forth less than their best effort?

Further, knowledge of BB history is the most useful skill in mostmany competitions.

Why would this win?
There is no possible way you can win without study. There are numerous pitfalls, most of which catch 22, in a game where a single mistake wllwill ruin you. Your opponents will know the tricks. So should you.

Drawbacks?
The only downside to knowing everything is that it makes you unhappy. There are much easier ways to earn big money.

First thing you'd do after banking half of a million?
Go back to your life. You'll hate being famous, I guarantee it. You're still not rich, and any efforts to parlay your fifty one days of fame into a career will be met with frustration. Invest it wisely, and never spend a single dollar you sold your precious identity for.

Exhastive list of Big Brother lessons:

1. Winning the first HoH has more liabilities than advantages.
2. Winning the second HoH is crucial.
3. Always use the Power of Veto on yourself. (Marcelles)
4. Keep your alliance a secret. (Howie)
5. Two is the perfect size for an alliance (Chilltown)
