The third time was the charm for Kail Harbick, a 37-year-old real estate broker from McKenzie Bridge, who has been picked as one of 14 contestants slated to appear on the CBS reality show "Big Brother 8." The program debuts at 8 p.m. Thursday. "She has been a fan of the show forever and thought it would be real fun to go in and try and win," said Harbick's husband, Darin. Together, the couple own the Historical Holiday Farm Resort, Harbick's Country Store, Harbick's Country Inn and Takoda's Restaurant. Kail Harbick applied for the show twice before but was turned down. The winner of the reality game show will take home $500,000.

3. Be honest. There is something about this person I do not trust.

7. Be true to the alliance that you've built. Stop talking about owning your town - the house may not have to hear it because you say it in private but we (and your town) do and even though I really like you I could see it getting old QUICK. Easy what you say about other peoples lifestyles, calling yourself a Christian in public means that everyone is going to be watching you. Don't sound ignorant by degrading people when that's not what Christianity is about. You know what you believe and that's good, other people will want to be like you because of your actions NOT YOUR MOUTH.

9. haha..i never thought about that..here she is running her mouth about having the whole town work for her...her town is watching...some may not think it's soooo funny she is bragging and sounding kinda snotty...as far as the houseguests go...she is honest, not disrespectful to opposing opinions (yet), smart player. she can go far as long as her secret doesn't get out
10. Lady, at least one word per sentence you utter is gramatically incorrect. You speak at a preschool level, and that goes double for the actual content of your speech. Learn to conjugate a verb and choose a pronoun. Maybe even treat yourself to a vocabulary lesson or two. If half of the people in your town really work for you, they must be laughing their asses off behind your back.
11. We get the live feeds. Everything Dick has said about you is true. Maybe what;s so hard to take is learning that you're a liar and a liar about being a liar.

1. Some how this whole lying thing about her "real" life is going to explode in her face.
2. Yeah, I'm not so sure lying about her occupation is going to help her much in this game. Maybe, but that doesn't usually work out the way people want them to.
3. I can't wait to see where it all blows up in her face and people discover her true colors.
4. There's no reason her secret should get out unless she like..gets drunk and spills the beans..or they hear her in confessionals or something...but when the show is over or if she ends up in the top 2..it probably won't work in her favor...america will think "she has enough money/success"
