Big Brother host Julie Chen also serves as anchor of The Early Show, CBS News' weekday morning broadcast. During the war in Iraq, she delivered foreign reports for the broadcast from Kuwait and Qatar. Before that, Chen served as news anchor of The Early Show and anchored CBS Morning News. Chen had previously served as reporter and anchor for WCBS-TV in New York.

I have looked forward to Big Brother summer since bb1.....No more.....I could only stomach 10 or 15 minutes of the 1st show........even less of the next 2 shows. After that I did not watch. It seemed obvious to me that this year the winner was chosen before the show even started. If CBS was looking for someone offensive, and I assume they were, they could not have done a better job of it. How can someone who seems so wholesome as Julie Chen be a part of this. If BB is back next summer, and I hope it is not, I will not watch it. CBS took a good show and ruined it.

Jameka was not going to win the game. Dick did not put the ball in her tube to make her loose. Why point fingers on why someone lost. Jameka made a HUGE mistake when she decided to give up the option of playing for HOH. Bad Bad move. Dick and Danielle played very well and should get credit where it is due! They only played for the game!
Julie, you always look beautiful and come across professional! I would love love love to have your clothes! Wow. You continue to host the way you do and don't let anyone tell you that anyones actions has anything to do with you! |

Hope you are proud of being the host of a show that allows abuse towards women and men by a rage filled criminal . This season was the most despicible so far of all the big bro shows. You allowed cheating, abusive actions, abusive language towards other contestants. Your rule #6 "you must be 21" to appear on the show broken by Danielle. Every time I look at Julie Chen I can no longer look up to her as a hero. She associates herself with this kind of trash. And I will no longer watch big bro. This season was outrageous and I don't mean that in a good way. Shame on you Julie, you made your parents proud I am sure.

For the best insight on Big Brother 8, everyone really needs to check out Madrosed ... she's got a pulse on the nation and insight on the show like no other. In fact, she should be a house consultant on the next season. Just ask her fans!

I don't know if I'll get an answer to this question, but I am confused about something. How does Daniele know that her boyfriend "kristopher" moved out of their apartment back in with his parents,..., thus leaving her no place to live when she exits the house? I have been a die hard fan all 8 sesasons, also watched Big Brother in the UK before it hit the U.S.. If possible, it's really bugging me...I'd love to find out how she knows.
