Big Brother: Week 2
HOUSE OVERVIEW: Week 2 | Thursday, July 12th - HOH Sunday, July 15th - Nomination Ceremony Tuesday, July 16th - POV Thursday, July 18th - Eviction |
| Alliances forming: Potential double-crosser: Nick, it is thought, is getting to close to Danielle, according to his original alliance of four. Zach's gut tells him Nick is still tight. Must be he ate something bad because his gut is wrong!! Sleeping arrangements: America's Choice sleepwalking and crawling into bed with Joe, how funny. To bad it failed. Showmances developing, Nick's and Daniele's continuing.Don't forget Jen and the uni-tard they're made for each other. | Funniest moments: Jen being told off by Dick. Best quotes: "Jeez Louise" --Joe, referring to Jen winning HoH Most Annoying Housemate Award goes to: OMG JEN AND HER SHIRTS!!!! Then again there is Jen parading around in the The Red "uni-leotard" or whatever is was called. What was BB thinking? They might not get that uni-tard off her even when her time is up! Biggest lie: When told Dick she would tell him if she was going to vote him off. |
HoH COMPETITION
Details of the competition:
This week's HoH competition was the traditional Majority Rules competition. Each houseguest except the outgoing HoH, Kail was in a booth with an answer dial. Julie asked a multiple choice question (A/B) and the point was to respond with the answer that the majority of the houseguests would respond with, not necessairily the answer you would give. The last one standing wins. Here were the questions and answers and people eliminated:
#1 - In the Butter Me Up competition, who would the house rather rub butter off of: Daniele or Jen? The majority went for Daniele. Zach's gone.
#2 - Who would you not let your little sister date: Nick or Mike? The majority went for Nick. Dick, Nick and Daniele are all gone.
#3 - Who would cheat on a significant other: Joe or Dustin? The majority went for Joe, even Joe himself, and no one is eliminated. (Dustin was happy about that one!)
#4 - Who would hold a grudge the longest: Dick or Daniele? The majority went for Daniele again. Jameka's gone.
#5 - Who would be the best person to cheer you up if you were depressed: Eric or Jessica? The majority went for Eric. Amber is gone now.
#6 - Who is most likely to turn $500,000 into $5 million: Kail or Zach? The majority went for Zach, eliminating Jessica and Mike.
#7 - Who would help an old lady cross the street: Jameka or Amber? The majority was a split and now the tiebreaker question came up.
Tiebreaker (closest to the correct number without going over) - How many gallons of water does the spinning teacup in the backyard hold? The majority of the houseguests put numbers over 100 for some odd reason, but Jen, in a once in a lifetime smart move, put 41 and was the closest.
New HoH:
Jen (Isn't that great?!? NOT.)
Houseguest's reaction:
They were all a little shocked and you could tell most of them were a little drunk. I guess they were surprised that she actually won and mad they couldn't target her for eviction.

They both expected it and didn't take it as a shocker, but rejected Jen's BS why I put you up nomination speech.
Houseguest's Reaction:
Well, obviously happy because they weren't nominated but I think most of the house thought it was going to be Nick, Daniele, or Dick, possibly Joe so nothing shocking...
America's Reaction:
Jen has selfish reasons behind her nominations, yet it was still a good strategic move.
VETO COMPETITION
Details of the competition: Jen, Daniele, Dick, Amber, Joe, and Mike each slide a puck across the ice towards a red line. The person farthest away from the line it out. They then pick a present from under the tree, with the chance of it being stolen by the next player. Joe got out, winning a slop pass. Jen's present was a leotard which she has to wear for an entire week. Mike won a date with any house guest, he chose Amber. Dick won a plasma TV. Amber won a chance to be chained to any house guest for 24 hours, she chose Kail.
Who wins Power of Veto: Daniele
Who they save: Herself/Daniele
Who goes up in place: Joe
Housemate reaction: Happy for Daniele but a little nervous because of the person who was going to be replaced for her.

Daniele has got great luck, that's all it boils down to. Wondering if her luck will run out and her dad goes home. Hopefully people will see through all the lies that Joe feeds them.

Theories on Who's Going: Joe, Joe, Joe!!!I think Joe will probably go too even though he has been campaigning vigorously just because Dick has more people on his side, especially with no conflict from his daughter being on the block with him.
Who's out: Joe, by a vote of 9-1.
Parting Words: He took it alright, probably because he expected it too, but you could tell he just wanted to tell some people off.
How this will affect alliances: A few things, not really alliance wise... Dick stayed which means some people are under big target (especially considering he won HoH)... Dustin doesn't have to worry about Joe being an idiot to him anymore... Joe wasn't really part of any alliance so that doesn't matter.... But Kail must've realized something was wrong as she was the only one to vote for Joe to stay.

Can't say that Joe shouldn't have gone, since he was known as a trouble maker. His lies were bound to catch up to him some day. Its so sad that he expected Dustin to save him, after all the stuff he has done to him in the past. You know what the say about Karma.....

Am I the only one that is sooo tired of watching Amber screw up her face and cry???? She is so ugly and her mouth is turned down most of the time. what do her house mates see in her??
