jokeresquire ABOUT DICK AND DANIELE 0 Sep 19 2007, 2:45 AM EDT by jokeresquire

I've read some very disturbing innuendoe's concerning Dick and Daniele's history, and how she has spent the majority of the season more or less "recoiling" from his expressions of affection and love. Why do people take such delight in making thinly veiled accusations of innapropriate let's just say it (sexual) behavior on Dick's behalf? "She pulls away from him, she backs away from him when he goes to hug her", etc... It doesn't take an idiot to decipher what these psuedo-pyschiatrists are insenuating, and I for one am so tired of people trying to plant the seeds of sick, unsubstantiated and completely ridiculous TALL TALES. Why is it such a popular past time within our society to work so hard to discredit other individuals not by their actions or words, but their keen ability to read between the lines. Here's my take on the situation at face value, and I've watched every episode and many After Hours on Showtime. Dick, although abrasive and unconventional, is very insecure about his relationship with his Daughter. Daniele, seems embarrassed by his, at times, less than cordial behavior, and may, and probably does harbor some resentment for not being a bit more (Mr. Brady). Apparently they didn't share the closest Father/Daughter relationship, a few years ago, they had a "falling out" over moneyr, and ceased having contact. This is not uncommon, not every Parent is perfect, nor is every child, it doesn't mean that something unspeakable and selacious occurred, sometimes things just happen.
I personally shared a year of "silence" with my own Mother over something stupid, that was really just a product of my immaturity and lack of appeciation for her efforts. Watching Dick work so hard to make ammends has at times been heartbreaking! Hopefully as Daniele matures she'll allow the progress they've made to blossom! I'm very glad they won, in more way than one!!

I''m glad I ''ran into'' this show this season! Having never seen one before - I never missed it. But I didn''t miss one show this season! Yes - I AM a D&D lover! For whatever reason. I am however, glad the show was on three times a week and is over - I could''t have stood it to last much longer. =) More-less because the D&D haters were getting to be like wading through a muddy pasture of cow crap with flip flops on! lol Funny - but wears you out!

GO D&D! *I* Enjoyed all the drama!

ndirish11 This Year's Houseguests 1 Sep 16 2007, 12:02 AM EDT by us_guyz

I think a lot of the problem with this year's houseguests doesn't ALL lie within the fault of the houesguests themselves. Sure, they have the people we hate, we love, we don't care about, etc., but the past two seasons are part of the problem. America is stuck on those two season's houseguests (I am too.) from Janelle to Kaysar to Howie and even to the Friendship/Nerd Herd. Now, we have these new houseguests and a lot of us want some of the old back.
